Skew can wait until you are less stressed - a few days (or more) won't matter.

I do like your spinning - well done, you've made a lovely job of it! When I read of your metreage (doesn't sound right - yardage sounds much better!) I thought surely you wouldn't get a cardigan from that? I had time on my hands so I rearched Ravelry (as you do) here are just a few choices (in no particular order:
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/old-fashioned-knitted-cape - would keep the drafts off your shoulders
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sway-3 - a similar shape to the shawl you were thinking of
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/3508-long-tailed-wrap
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/field-and-forest - interesting, but might look a bit like a blanket in your particular yarn, though
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/mini-faroese-shawl-pattern - small, you could borrow my Faroese book if you would like a larger version
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/17-lace-wrap-cardigan - a strange leap between the two smaller sizes, though
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/modell-5420-damenjacke - might be difficult to get the pattern plus the yarn amount would be stretching it but nice, anyway
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/115-16-bolero-in-classic-alpaca-with-3-4-sleeves - cute!
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/summer-lace-cropped-sweater
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/asymetrical-cropped-cabled-cardigan--karis- - nice but yarn amount could be short

Did I say there were a few?KathyRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06232371230455661210noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23336194.post-34467288587415322532010-02-24T11:35:57.002-08:002010-02-24T11:35:57.002-08:00I can't wait to see your green sweater!
